Accepted entries
The link below will take you to the accepted entries (if opening the link on a mobile device, please click the green site navigation bar), please can I ask you to check your club’s/swimmers entries to make sure they are correct. If you would like to withdraw a swimmer you can do so by using the link. Please refrain from attending the gala if you suspect or have COVID please use the withdrawal form to advise us that you are unable to attend due to COVID. Refunds will be considered for all withdrawals with proof of positive COVID result.

Warm Up
Warm up has been brought forward and will start at 8am. Afternoon warm up is expected to start at 1:30pm this will be confirmed on the day.
Marshalling
We will be marshalling the swimmers in the Lonsdale suite, so please make sure your swimmers come with warm clothing and footwear.
Car Parking
There will be no car parking charges on the day of the gala.
Spectator Passes
These are available to purchase on the day. Poolside spectating will be limited to 120 swimmers. We will have the gallery open for viewing upstairs with a PA system.
Full day pass will be £5/Concessions £3Session pass will be £3/Concessions £1.50
Refreshments
Layby lattes will be onsite on the day serving Panini’s, bacon and sausage butties and hot refreshments.
There will be a cakes and sweet stall.
Arena Swim Wear Store
There will be an arena swimwear store on site to purchase swimming costumes and accessories.
